Shipping Protection is an optional service provided by Rollvaya for loss or damage during delivery. It is not preselected and can be removed before checkout.

If something goes wrong

Contact us using the contact form with your order number. For damage, include photographs of the item and packaging. For a missing parcel, include the tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund for a confirmed covered loss or damage.

What is not included

This service does not cover normal wear, damage after delivery, misuse, or a change of mind. It does not guarantee a delivery date or insure the product against future faults.

Your existing rights

You can report a lost or damaged order whether or not you purchased protection. This optional service does not remove or replace rights or remedies you already have under applicable consumer law.
